Pawsitively Tulsa is a collaboration of local animal welfare interests and the City of Tulsa and its citizens to develop and nurture an optimum environment for all animals in our community.
Vision
Our vision is a humane environment for all animals in areas of public policy, public health and safety, education, responsible pet ownership and resolving Tulsa's pet overpopulation crisis.
